With this Privacy Policy we inform you transparently about the processing of personal data when you visit this website – in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Visiting the website

As a rule, you can visit our website without providing any personal information.

3. SSL/TLS encryption

To protect the transmission of data, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the «https://» in the address bar and the padlock symbol in your browser.

4. Server log files

With every access, our servers temporarily store technical data that your browser transmits automatically: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system and host name.

This data serves system security and stability as well as error and performance analysis, and is automatically deleted after six months at the latest. It is not combined with other data sources.

5. Cookies

This website does not use cookies for audience measurement. Where individual cookies are required for the technical operation of the website, they serve solely its functionality. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, in whole or in part.

6. Web analytics with Pirsch

To evaluate and optimise our offering statistically, we use Pirsch Analytics, a privacy-friendly web analytics service provided by Emvi Software GmbH (Germany). Pirsch operates entirely without cookies and without storing personal data: no profiles are created and visitors are not tracked across websites. To distinguish between accesses, Pirsch generates an anonymised, non-traceable value; the IP address is not stored permanently. All data is hosted on servers in Germany (EU). 7. Social plug-ins

This website does not use any social plug-ins (e.g. Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn).

8. Your rights

Within the scope of the applicable data protection law, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of your personal data, as well as a right to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, FDPIC). Please contact the entity named under section 1.

9. Amendments

This Privacy Policy does not form part of any contract and may be amended at any time. The version published here shall apply in each case.
